The TFA
Profile Book is now available for purchase by our members through our TFA
Merchandise Manager, Hal Tenney. To cover the expense of printing and
handling, the cost to members is $15.00. This profile book (150+ pages)
includes biographical write-ups on many of our TFA members, along with
photographs and other interesting information. It contains a directory
(as of the end of July 2004) and the names, addresses and contact
information of our officers. It is a great way to become acquainted with
your extended family!
I would like
to thank our members who submitted personal information and profiles for
inclusion in this book. If you failed to submit before the deadline, not
all is lost! Just send in your information now. When we are ready for a
reprint, (which I hope will be soon) we can then add your profile to
the book. We only had 50 copies printed in the first printing; 15 copies
were prepublication orders, leaving 35 copies for inventory. All the
copies sent to the annual meeting were purchased on the spot.
On the
personal side, I want to thank everyone who sent messages and cards, for
the gifts we received after our wipe-out by Hurricane Charley. Both Ed and
I are doing fine, but still with a number of loose ends to wrap up. The
warmth and support shown us by all our TFA members, as well as by our
extended cousins represents the bright side of what at first seemed such a
disaster. Thanks to each and every one of you! What a wonderful group
you are -- We love you!
